Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Draftly (the “planner”), operated by Gavin Adams (Australia). By using the planner you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it — and email admin@draftly.info with any questions first.

What the planner is

A personal planning and organisation tool — day/week/month pages, lists, habits, bills, mood tracking, and related tools. It's designed to be gentle and low-pressure, especially for ADHD-style planning, but it is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. Use your own judgement, especially for anything involving money, health, or legal deadlines.

Your account & your content

The planner works fully signed-out, with everything stored on your device. Signing in with Google is optional and only used for cross-device backup and the Calendar/Gmail integrations described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure.

Everything you enter is yours. We don't claim ownership of it — storing and syncing it is solely so we can provide the backup/integration features you've turned on.

Acceptable use

Use the planner for its intended personal-planning purpose. Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service (including its optional cloud backend), and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party integrations

Google Calendar and Gmail integrations, bank linking (via Basiq open banking, Australian institutions), and the Apple Health CSV export are optional and rely on services provided by those companies under their own terms — connecting one doesn't make us responsible for how that third party's service behaves.

No warranty, limited liability

The planner is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and features may change or be discontinued at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to access the planner (if any).

Ending your use

You can stop using the planner at any time, and delete your local and/or cloud data from Settings whenever you like (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what each option does). We may suspend cloud access for accounts that abuse the service.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised version here.
